Rudolph Atallah

Lt. Colonel Rudolph Atallah, USAF (Ret.), is Chief Executive Officer of White Mountain Research Inc (WMR) — a service-disabled veteran owned company dedicated to understanding and mitigating complex global threats to human security. A native of Beirut, Lebanon and fluent in Arabic and French, Rudy’s 21-year career in the United States Air Force spanned from aviation and special operations to intelligence and counterterrorism.

Carl Began his law enforcement career as a Ranger with the Tennessee Department of Conservation where he was a member of the SRC specializing in whitewater and mountain rescue.  He retired from the Drug Enforcement Administration after 27 years of service, most recently as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the Special Operations Division, overseeing Canada, Mexico and Central America...

Corinne Dufka

Corinne Dufka is a senior consultant for White Mountain Research projects. With over two decades of experience as a field researcher, she specializes in investigating the complex drivers and consequences of violent extremist groups, political instability, and armed conflict in West Africa. She is a strategic thinker and adviser to governments, international organizations, civil society, and security actors working to ensure respect for the rule of law, mitigate risk to civilians and communities, and prevent future conflict.

Rida Lyammouri

Rida Lyammouri is the Senior Advisor at White Mountain Research for the Sahel and West Africa where he is responsible for focusing on illicit activities, good governance, conflict resolution and prevention, countering violent extremism and peace building. He has a strong background in international development and security, with specific focus in monitoring and studying conflicts and stability in the Sahel and West Africa.

Middle East Operations Manager

Jawad Georges

Jawad Abou Jaoude is White Mountain Research’s Middle East Operations Manager.  He has over 18 years experience working in the security sector and is very well known in the levant for his ability to manage large teams in areas of regional conflict. He has successfully planned, coordinated, and executed operations supporting more than 21,000 refugees requiring critical logistical and security support for safe movements throughout the levant.

MIDDLE EAST PROJECT MANAGER

Charbel Chami

Charbel Chami is a Middle East subject matter expert.  He is responsible for managing projects in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq.  Charbel has a background in transportation, health, safety and security operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. He is primarily responsible for humanitarian assistance of displaced refugees.  In this role, he manages the care, transportation and logistical support to at-risk communities.

 


 

MIDDLE EAST PROJECT MANAGER

Atren Bahram

Atren Bahram is a Regional Expert on the Middle East for White Mountain Research Group. He is responsible for managing projects in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq. He is dedicated to providing operational support to humanitarian projects in the region. In this role, he coordinates transportation and logistics for White Mountain team members and clients, conducts safety and security assessments of new environments, assists in refugee resettlement, and facilitates medical and psychological treatment for refugees and other communities in need.

WEST AFRICA PROJECT MANAGER

Abdoulaye Ag Mohamed

Abdoulaye Ag Mohamed is our West Africa subject matter expert.  He is responsible for managing projects in primarily Tuareg areas in northern Mali and Niger. He is dedicated to humanitarian aid and also provides geo-political context for WMR’s analysis of regional conflicts.  Abdou maintains knowledge of current events in Niger, Mali, Algeria, Libya, and Burkina Faso.

Executive Partner

Stephen Red Bow 

Stephen V. Red Bow is Executive Partner of White Mountain Research and Director of Operations.  A highly decorated Navy SEAL Command Master Chief, he retired in January 2010 after 21 years of service. An accomplished manager, leader, instructor and operator with broad expertise in leading Personal Security Details (PSD) and implementing force protection programs, Mr. Red Bow has successfully planned, coordinated and executed hundreds of joint operations and combat missions in multiple theaters around the world.....
